Great customer service!
I had been looking at cars and nothing really captured my attention until I went to Delray Genesis. Sammy Hadid greeted me graciously and professionally. Right away, I was impressed with his warmth and knowledge. . He was polite, informative, and efficient without making me feel like a target. Such a gentleman and such a professional. When I saw the inventory, I knew that Genesis was the vehicle for me. The luxury, the performance, and the fit and finish of their vehicles in my opinion surpasses BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. Since I purchased two weeks ago, my wonderful Sales Professional (Sammy Hadid!) has reached out to me (not excessively but enough to make me feel like a valued customer) to answer any questions and offer assistance. Sammy and Delray Genesis have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership and Sammy Hadid…as well as the Genesis lineup.

Zero Communication with customers.
I've called no less that a dozen times. I left an equal number of messages for my service coordinator as well as managers. No one returns a call. My GV-70 (Car of the Year) has been in for service for 2 weeks and I was told last Friday that it was complete and my service coordinator or service manager would be calling me. can't find out the status. I've tried calling a half a dozen times between yesterday and today. Still no return call.

Bill Razzi assist me with my buyout lease and made it very professional and easy for me. Answered all my questions and I was very happy with all the process. I will recommend to anyone to go see him who expects an honest salesman for buying a new car or anything else.

My loved Lincoln was totaled and I wanted a Sedan. They no longer make a luxurious continental anymore so I went to Genesis for the G80. My husband has the sporty Gv70/ . I love the looks , the comfort , the driveability, the mood lighting, the ease of learning this new car, the G 80. All in all I am very happy with my new purchase. Someone stopped me today and said what a nice looking car!! So worth it!
