Quality Service
I am fortunate of having found such a top notch place to service my AUDI Q7. The entire staff from management to licensed mechanics assure the best treatment for my AUDI. They follow through with all requests I have, no matter how minor. The customer waiting area is very pleasing and with all amenities one could ask for. I really have no need to drive to a dealership.

Stand by their work
A year ago I took my Audi Q5 in for an oil leak. DeBold diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I took it in today, a year later, and the oil was leaking again. They stood by their work and fixed it for no charge. They are a very knowledgeable shop and I’m impressed with their level of service!

As Promised
I had a family emergency which necessitated the need for a long road trip and an overdue oil change. I searched the internet for an organization that could accommodate a same day oil change on my 2018 Porsche Macan Turbo. No shop would touch a Porsche oil change. The local Porsche dealer wanted an outrageous amount of money and even they needed an appointment sometime in the future. One phone call was placed to Diebold. “Sure, how soon can you bring it in.” I even was even asked if I’d like to wait for it. It was completed sooner than expected while sipping on a cup of freely supplied cup of coffee. A friendly chat with their auto salesperson Matt ensued while I waited. “ It’s all set” and out the door I went. I never told them my need was for a family emergency. If I have the opportunity to purchase an imported vehicle or repair my vehicles this will be my first call from here on out. Thank You!
