Fuel flap door repair
I had an appointment for a minor electrical repair (replace fuel flap door actuator) . Schedule changed and I couldn’t leave the car as planned, Mike worked with me to get back in later that afternoon so I could wait on the repair. Much appreciated their willingness to help with my schedule.

Convertible top
Fixing my top was not as easy as replacing the cylinders as was recommended by the Porsche dealer. Further trouble shooting indicated several other components to be replaced but when doing so they determined that there was a revision in the replacement part that caused it not to work. They determined that they had to use a previous revision component for the assembly to work properly for the top to go gone correctly. They honored there work and did not charge me for the extra time or additional components needed to have the top work correctly. There persistence to get it right and insure that I was a happy customer is what will have me coming back to Diebold time and time again

Auxiliary battery installation
Easy appointment, comfortable waiting area and pragmatic assessment of “issues “ on my other Mercedes which another repair shop made to sound imminent…and expensive. Here I was told they were common and minor and without more prominent symptoms not in need of immediate repair.
