I used to take my car to a different spot. But when I found dearborn heights good year, I don’t think I will be going anywhere else. First trip I went in for a synthetic oil change (best price I have found) and asked them to check some creaking I had. I needed suspension. It was one of the few things that hadn’t been done to my car before I bought it. Joe called me, told me that was wrong and how much it would cost. He was done in about 2 hours.
Next time, I needed an oil change, wanted my brakes checked because I was starting to squeak, and I needed my annual pothole alignment correction. Joe told me I could get away with just doing the back brakes, but he highly recommended I do all 4. Which I did.
And this time I went in because my AC wasn’t working. My ac system is mounted in the rear of my engine compartment so they had to go through the dash to get to all the parts. Which takes forever.
I dropped my car off at 2:30pm Thursday. Joe called me with an update at 4:30 to tell me the extent. It took them 2 days to get it finished, but when you are having to spend 8+ taking apart and putting back together the dashboard. He also found another issue while he was in there, contacted me, and fixed it while they were working on my AC.
They are extremely fairly priced, in my opinion and get the work done as fast as they can. Everyone in my house is impressed with the level of service I have been getting here. Especially because a lot of car shops like to try and up charge women, I have never felt pressured to change what I am trying to get done or add on unnecessary things. All the extras are things that will become a huge problem later on.
