Following an unsatisfactory visit to the service department the previous month for an oil change and recalls (at which time I was told I needed 2 new air filters), I left a poor review. Within hours, I was contacted by a service representative who offered not only to complete the unfinished work but also compensate the cost of one of the filters AND fill my gas tank. When returning for this service, I was greeted kindly and it was obvious the service reps wanted this visit to be a positive one. Because the timing was now right, I also committed to having the yearly inspection done. The work was done timely and the gas tank was filled as promised as well as the car being washed. I was told I would receive a check compensating for the cost of the air filter that had originally not been installed, but I have not received that as of this date. I cannot, in all honesty, leave a positive rating on the waiting area until the long-promised improvement is made. Perhaps the powers that be could take a look at the waiting areas at Bianchi Honda **** in Erie or Street Track and Trail in Meadville ***** for a suggestion. All in all, I was pleased with the most recent service I received.
