Fairly priced and quick service!
Everyone is so kind when you speak on the phone, they are very thorough and offer more services after completing the original job very quickly with a low estimate. Only reason for 4 stars was because of miscommunication between mechanics & desk telling me my car was ready, when I got there it had not received one of the jobs they told me they would add and I approved. They took it off my bill no problem, but telling me “ready to pickup” should mean it is finished. Original job was done perfect with no problems and a fair price.

Happy Buggie

Expensive failure
I requested a new caliber on the drivers side front. When driving back home the breaks barely worked without pumping them. I spoke to the mechanic and he said “ there must still be air in the line, bring it back in”
I also asked them to make sure the break,tail lights were operational. After 6 miles my dad noticed that I didn’t have any back up lights or right turn signal.
Again I was told to bring it back in.
This time the truck would not start , the mechanic said that he changed the switch and that was why I could not move the truck out of park. It’s been 2 weeks and $1200. Still no 1995 Chevy stepside 1500.

We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your recent visit. The brake light switch, which we purchased directly from the dealer, was not charged to you, and we also provided one hour of labor at no cost as a courtesy.

Regarding the brake light socket, we communicated that it required a special order, which typically takes about a week to arrive. Once the part was in, we would contact you to return with the vehicle. Additionally, we even offered to pick up your car if returning was difficult for you.
