We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your recent visit. The brake light switch, which we purchased directly from the dealer, was not charged to you, and we also provided one hour of labor at no cost as a courtesy.
Regarding the brake light socket, we communicated that it required a special order, which typically takes about a week to arrive. Once the part was in, we would contact you to return with the vehicle. Additionally, we even offered to pick up your car if returning was difficult for you.
