The guys at Dallas Tire are the best!!
I buy all of my tires at Dallas Tire and here's why... Had a faulty tire to basically fall apart. Allen went to bat with both the tire company and another "insurance policy" that I had and we walked out of there with a new tire at absolutely no charge! They always go above and beyond on my oil changes and tire rotations as well.

I come to Dallas tire every few months for tire rotation new tires or an oil change.They are the best customer service which is for me a deal breaker on if I come back or not. customer service to me is everything.They changed my oil and gave me new tires.thu noticed I needed breaks and without hesitation took my car back in the shop and fixed my breaks even though they where slammed.Thank you for taking care of us

It was okay
I came in for 2 tires and brake pads. I was told I needed rotors and reluctantly agreed even though it was an expense I wasn’t prepared for or could afford on a senior fixed income. My sons thought I should have only gotten the pads and might not have needed the rotors. I have always been satisfied with Dallas Tire and the car drives very nicely.
