I am very sorry you were unhappy with our service you received. Let me start by saying you are COMPLETELY incorrect assuming we damaged a brake line under your car that was leaking when we pulled your vehicle into our shop. The first words out of my technicians mouth was "This car has no brake pedal at all". When we went out to the parking lot there was a puddle already on the ground where it was sitting. The car has been out of inspection out since 2/2024, Maybe if was legally on the road that it wouldn't have been in an UNSAFE condition that could have caused accident. I'm glad it happened here and not while you were trying to stop to miss a person in the street. The brake line was just rusted BAD and ruptured here . The reason you had it towed to us was to verify the possibility of intermix in your radiator of oil and coolant. The verification was made and you will defiantly need an engine replacement/rebuild. The only way oil can enter your cooling system is an internal engine failure of probably a head gasket due to the 126k miles on the vehicle. ALSO YOU WERE NOT CHARGED A SINGLE PENNIE for anything we did or looked at, including pulling check engine light codes and taking samples of your coolant. Also you stated you were just here the end of July. FACT, you were NEVER here. Your car was towed to and from our shop. So I'm sorry you feel we did anything to your car but sir you couldn't be more wrong. We go out of our way to help our customers in every way we can. I hope you can take your Mercedes to a dealer and see what they would charge you for what we did for FREE!!
They told me my brake line would need replaced.
Funny when I brought it there, my brake lines were fine hmmmm! See how that worked.
Mercedes C 300 they were going to charge 2100 on a brake line. That’s a shame. Glad I got out of there in time.
Also, I heard they are trying to push new new engine for folks having motor/check engine light trouble.
Yes, I was just there July 29 30th
