He took the time to go through everything I needed to know about my Intoxalock installation, including the important dos and don’ts.
What really stood out to me was his patience. I struggled a bit with the blowing technique, and after several wrong attempts, Jim calmly walked me through it until I got it right. He relieved so much of my anxiety and gave me the confidence I needed to handle the Intoxalock in my car.
I returned for a calibration, and Jim provided the same level of patience and understanding. That man is truly a Godsend! I would take my car back to Da Val’s 100 times over—and in the next life too! Highly recommend!
