Computer system down for a month?
I brought my 2013 Hyundai Accent in for outstanding service recalls on 7/1/24. Not all of the parts were in stock, and I was told that the dealership would contact me when they came in.
On 8/29, I called to check if the parts had arrived. I was told they came in on 7/29. The reason why I wasn't contacted was, "The computer system was down."

Not happy
About two weeks to find out what was going on with my car. The start & stop
Feature , it started working on its own. Had my battery checked outside Hyundai showed 100% good. Also tires making noise with only 31,000 miles was told they were not under warranty.

Grade A Service!
I took in my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in for its complimentary oil change service. Jack was the service writer and was very professional and polite. They serviced my car within the hour. During the wait time I took time to walk throughout the dealership and parking area to check out the cars they had. Curry Hyundai just happens to share one side of the building with Curry Subaru. I really do enjoy spending my wait time on looking at the cars there. I will most definitely use that as my primary service center going forward for my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I highly recommend them for all your Hyundai needs and concerns. They will take care of you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! BEWARE..
I will never use this dealership for my car again. Buyer beware. I went to their service center and the technician over torqued my oil plug and cracked my oil pan. Then I had to pay hundreds of dollars to replace my oil pan. I contacted the dealership regarding my issue and the manager was unwilling to help. They are horrible, unknowledgeable and cost me so much money.
