Friendly and honest
Craig always greets you with care and honesty. I made an appointment explaining the sounds my car was making. After he put it on the life he explained to me why DIDN'T need new breaks. He also replaced my serpentine belt as I requested and even took the time to check out a few things that needed attention. All and all I had a great experience and learned a thing or two along the way.

NY State Inspection
Craig actually notified me ahead of time via text that my truck due for inspection and it was easy to make the appointment. I was able to drop it off the night before and he had it ready for me by noon the next day. Excellent service.
