Service department does not return calls
I bought a new Genesis GV70. Three weeks later with less than 300 miles on it, it wouldn't start. Once the service department got it, it went into a black hole. My wife called five different times, and it went to voice mail. They never returned a single call. When we drove there and demanded to know what is going on, we were told the electronics "melted" and the main wiring harness needed to be replaced. After the car had been in the shop for over a week without being repaired, we talked to the assistant general manager about getting our money back. He said, "Good luck with that."
