Trustworthy and fair service
I have been bringing my cars here for about 15 years now. My first car was towed to them by chance and they helped me get a fair price on everything so my insurance company wouldn't total it. Complete has been nothing short of amazing. They treat me with nothing but respect, and as a woman that is hard to find. I will only let Complete and one other place do anything to my cars. I have recommended them to many people, friends, family, random people I talk to, over the years. I will have my car sent here from West Covington, where I live, rather than send it to other places closer. Heck I've had to bring them my car after I had to have it repaired out of state to have them fix what the other place did wrong. I cannot sing their praises enough. Having a reliable mechanic that you know is giving you a fair price is so reassuring!

Matt said he took the vehicle on Thursday and he didn't hear anything until he called Tuesday. He was told they had just got it in, he drove by and the vehicle was not up. He tried calling in and was not told anything. He called the next day and was told the vehicle was just put up to be inspected. In the need, the service was good for what they got, but it took long.

Great Experience
I took my Jeep Wrangler to get an axle put in and with alot of research Colin was able to figure out the problem with the part I brought was a machining issue from the manufacturer. Great job Great service. I definitely will recommend these guys to anyone.

Tire repair/ tire replaced
Tiny hole in tire side tread, unable to fix so they acquired a new tire and mounted and balanced, do not have to worry about and plugged tire that would not have held. Thanks Colin and everyone at Complete auto service

Caleb said the initial communication was lacking on their part with getting him the answers for his vehicle. He was out of state and was told they would work on his vehicle quickly to get it back to him by the weekend, but then he felt misled by the tow truck driver and the online person he spoke with. Callen was very knowledgeable, very helpful and very good, though.
