Great customer service and very honest!

First let me say I never leave reviews however, my experience with this business was very positive. I took my Mercedes to the dealership for the drivers side bumper that was separating and loose. I was given the name of their body shop that told me they don’t repair and would have to replace it. I took it to the Collision center and talk with Matt, who was very helpful. He talked with one of his technicians and my bumper was properly secured in less than 20 minutes.

Please research before you choose collision center of Peoria

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Took my vehicle in for an initial appraisal for insurance. They are partnered with USAA and are a preferred shop and for the life of me I can’t figure out why. USAA is the insurance company representing the person who rear ended my daughter. I will say the interaction with USAA I have no complaints about. Collision Center of Peoria on the other hand is very unprofessional. After the initial appraisal, I decided to have them perform the repairs. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and was told I’d get a follow up the next day with a completion date. They did inform me the following day that they would need the car for a week so it would be ready the following Tuesday for pick up. I received 1 call for an update and upon calling them and leaving messages I did not receive a call back. Fast forward to the day of pick up which I was told would be Tuesday and still no return call. I show up to their facility because they haven’t returned my calls only to discover that my vehicle is not ready. Please keep in mind this was a very small straight forward repair. Upon arriving at their shop, I am told my service writer is on vacation so they will have me speak with someone else. After about a half hour another gentleman comes out and has no clue what’s happening with my vehicle. He said he needed to go check. Half an hour after that, he returns to the front to let me know the vehicle is not done and now they don’t have an eta. I inquired as to why and they said that the tail light they ordered didn’t work. Which unless they ordered the incorrect part, is just not true since it’s a plastic housing so I’m not sure how it “didn’t work” since the electrical portion of it working didn’t get changed since it’s on the body side of the vehicle. All kinds of excuses were made as to why I received no phone call. I asked to take the car since it should have been completed otherwise for them to tell me it’s not even reassembled at that point (it does not need to be apart for a taillight). So just more lies. From that point it was over a week before it was completed. After picking it up, we were about half way home and decided to turn on the radio only to find the volume was turned all the way up to the max setting and when I looked in the trunk I found broken panels that were not broken when we dropped it off. So if you want poor workmanship, no communication, and don’t care about getting your vehicle back in a timely manner with new broken parts, you should have work done here . Please research and talk to people before bringing your vehicle to Collision Center of Peoria. Poor service and left much to be desired. I recommend USAA drops them as a preferred shop as they did not earn that partnership based on what I endured.

Great communication, delivered as promised.

I read all the negative reviews prior to writing this review. I felt like they were reviewing a repair shop different from what my experience was of Peoria Collision Center. I found the communication was excellent with daily updates on the status of my car’s repair. The repair was timely and well done. I WOULD recommend this company..

Repair door damage

We were traveling and got run into in a parking lot. The front passenger door was damaged enough that the door would not close properly. We took the car to CCP and they got the car in for repair quickly. All the people we interacted with were friendly and professional. They did a great job on the repair. The paint was matched and blended perfectly. The repair looks great. The only thing that maybe could have been better, was in the communication on the progress of the repair.

Speedy quick fix...

Had a few rock chip dings on the hood of our Acura, Was recommended to come here, and we had Matthew help us out. Didn't need an appointment, here worked us in, got the chips fixed in no time. Thanks Matthew for great service!

Great experience

Our 3 month old Honda CRC was hit by an inattentive driver in a parking lot. Collision Center of Peoria did a great job bringing it back to a new car look and helped make the bad feeling into a great experience. The communication was great and the car was done 2 days ahead of schedule.

Horrible customer service

My infinity had 8k dollars worth of work a week later same problems check engine light came on immediately called left messages finally after getting the runaround and spoke with Bobby the Director he was unprofessional and a lot of work and parts that are in my sheet aren’t replaced totally dissatisfied and I will not recommend them

Made my hood look like new - Very Appreciated!

I've used this collision center previously and was super happy with the repairs. I even recommended that my friend use this shop for a major repair job. Completely satisfied with the work performed. Today, they did me a big favor by fixing my attempt to remove some tree sap from my hood and they did without a charge!!

Customer service if you want to call it back got to feel the choice of word

Cadillac owner 2015 taking it back over spread all over my car shop director Bobby Ghanbari wanted to argue with me saying that it wasn't overspray it wasn't on the car when I take it there but it's all over the car very arrogant I would never take my car there again if you got a smart you wouldn't either because my car 2015 doesn't excuse you guys are doing poor quality work Bobby I would love to shove my fist on your throat but you probably enjoyed it too much

Excellent experience

I took my Cadillac in for an estimate for a repair on the side panel bumper piece, it was going to be in the thousands to replace, but their estimator and technician actually fixed the issue right on the spot and saved me soooo much money. Everyone was excellent, Matthew certainly lived up to the company’s expectations and beyond.

5 Star Customer Service

The clips on one side of my front bumper broke off my 2014 Kia Soul and the bumper pop out and shook horribly when I drove. Went to 2 shops while out of town that said I had to replace entire bumper. When we returned from vacation went to the Collison Center and Jordan fixed it for FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER.

Top notch repair work!!

We can't say enough about the wonderful service here at Collision Center of Peoria. The service guys were really knowledgeable and took the the time with us to explain what they were going to do. They made sure that we didn't have to pay an astronomical amount of money like another collision center was wanting to charge for the job. We were kept up to date with texts and the repair didn't take long at all. When the car was ready it was definitely detailed because we didn't leave it looking that good. Thank You to all the STAFF AT COLLISION CENTER OF PEORIA :) Keep up the awesome work! We are so extremely satisified with the repair that we are bringing in a second vehicle for them to work on.
