Quality Service - Per Usual
When my vehicle needed some unexpected service, Collin was very transparent with what was immediately necessary and what they could do to help. Whereas my vehicle’s service ultimately took longer than expected due to their availability, the Colchin team worked very hard to get me my car back in a timely manner. They also do a great job outlining what is done during your vehicle’s stay. The service is quality as always - and Collin, John, and the whole Colchin team is terrific - per usual. Will continue to utilize and recommend this team whenever possible.

Radiator replacement and more.
The team quickly found the leak coming from a crack in my radiator. While replacing the radiator, the team found and repaired EGR lines that were knocked out of place when my truck was pulled out of deep snow last winter. The team always goes above and beyond expectations.

I have been a Colchin customer over 30 years. I can say the service and excellent honest communication backed up by knowledge and training. Is consistent. I have referred many customers to them as well as family members. Colchin cares for 7 vehicles in our family. Most are for single ladies. They feel safe doing business with Colchin! I can't think of another company I have dealt with over the years that compares in Excellence!!!!!!!
