Honest and Friendly
We have been going here since we moved 7 years ago. Yesterday I went in for an oil change. Amy let me know that my brakes will probably need some work. I asked her how urgent it was. She said that I could get the front ones taken care of at my next oil change and the back at the one after that. She and Bobby have ALWAYS been honest and will answer any questions we have. It's why we keep going back.

The ladies up front are always very responsive to my questions and concerns. Coastal Car care is very honest about their prices, and I appreciate their recommendations when I need to prioritize work (and cost) on the car. I made a last-minute change on my requested service, and they accommodated without any push back.
