incompetence at it's best
i wish i could rate lower than one star, these guys are surely not competent enough to be working on ppl cars... i heave had several instances where i took my car to them and they so call fixed everything but what i brought it there for, so end up paying for something i didn't need and not getting done what i needed, i was a fool cuz i fell for it 3 times but will never go back

Stay away
I drove my car in to this place in July. Just needed the timing chain replaced and the transmission was slipping a little when going into 4th gear, but it ran. My car was at this incompetent place for 3 months! During this time they only managed to change the timing chain and fry my computer. Part of it was due to my warranty company, but it was also do to their complete ineptitude. They had to take my dash apart and the rubber door trim to get the computer out. Ok, no problem. However nothing was put back correctly. We had to tell them that they put them to trim back on wrong and then Billy proceeded to argue with us about it until my husband had to go to the car and show him. My warranty company wasn’t going to cover the whole cost of the transmission, and I could have paid them difference, but I didn’t want my car there any longer. My car is in worse shape now than when I took out in. It runs rough & cuts off. I recommend staying away from this place.

Friendly, great service, got the job done right!
I brought my Pathfinder to CMC because the heater had stopped working. Billy and Josh the service advisors were very helpful. You can tell they love their jobs. Josh even gave me a ride to the rental place, my Pathfinder had to spend the night in the shop. Billy explained everything they were going to be doing to get the Pathfinder’s heater working again. It’s been two weeks since they fixed and it is fixed. The heater is working great thanks to the guys at CMC

Great customer Service
All I have to say is, the staff is very knowledgeable about majority of all makes and models of vehicles, they are very thorough and they make sure that they fix the problem the first go-round. They also will let you know if your vehicle is worth fixing or you just need to look into getting another vehicle because they are the type of people that feels bad when a client is spending unnecessary money.

CMC Auto
CMC Auto has been great for me. They tell me what's going on with my car and what it will take to fix it. They give me choices and get the work done on time. They are truthful withme about the cost and I like that I can trust them.

Great customer service and mechanics.
CMC has taken care of both my Cars for years. They use quality parts and have certified mechanics. The showed me how a few dollars now will save me up to $2000.
