Integrity at its finest.
Passing through town and my brakes felt like they were going to give. Due to my own neglect, I was certain I would probably need rotors. Stopped at the motel 6 not knowing they were next door to shop around and there location was perfect because I didn't want to drive much further as they were. Even knowing I suspected the worst, and being an out of towner (so unlikely to repeat business, even with great service), after a free inspection he let me know that my pads and rotors were just fine and the rear drums just needed adjustment/cleaning. After a simple brake service at a price tag literally 10x cheaper than what I was expecting to have to pay to be safe on a road, my car stops better than it ever has since I obtained it. I cannot thank them enough and it was the exact opposite of the horror stories of false diagnosis/upcharges that you hear about so often from mechanics.
