Got a quote from a guy behind the counter 700 bucks to pull the trans in my 1999
The quote to pull the trans and put two freeze plugs under trans of Chrysler wheel chair in to the v you about an additional 125 bucks to put the freeze plugs in and they claimed they had to put 6 quarts of synthetic ATF.they said it spilled out while they were twisting it to get it out .I know they have plugs to stop that.700 was the quote . motor mount I get it.whatever it cost. When I showed up to get him to explain he said to the counter guy he couldn't come talk because his hands where dirty. Total bill with tax over 1060.00. I am a mechanic I had a starter shop in town for 31 years and was never sued. Five years ago I would have done it myself on the ground. I was just trying to make this wheelchair van useable for someone else who needs wheelchair transportation. they can shove the padded bill up there butts. Offered to give the ATF money back. To make me go away .to me they they are dirt. I would nt take it. A wheelchair van!

John said talked to Rob, he was very good, explained everything to him, positives and negative, and he made a choice. He said so far so good, he worked out a deal for him, he left the vehicle there. He was good and they did the best they could.
Had the car checked for a brake squeak. Charged $30 and told I needed front pads. Price would be 150.00. Brought
Car I couple days later. After the brakes were installed I was called and told the noise was in the rear and needed to shave the pad. Quoted another 70.00. Picked up the car and the total bill was 260.00 which was 30 more than quoted. 10-14 days later the squeal came back and is still there. I have had a good experience with this shop over the years but this was not one of them.
