While we appreciate your understanding of the delays we faced that day. Communication is key, we do our best to keep our customers informed. We are concerned about getting all of our customers taken care of. That situation caused the team to reach out to many vendors to get what we needed to complete the other customers work. Unfortunately it took longer to get parts from the vendor which affects the completion of other customers vehicles . We're constantly striving to improve our service, and feedback like yours helps us shift gears in the right direction.
