Jaime, thank you for the review and we would like to review your visit. Every time a customer comes in yes, we do advise them there will be an inspection fee or a diag fee, it just depends on what we are looking at and why your vehicle has come in. At the time of your visit, you came in with your 2019 Dodge because a lift kit had been installed recently and you had stated the vehicle drifts, and the steering wheel is off center. We did look over your vehicle and we found slight movement in your outer tie rod ends and lower ball joints. We did recommend both the lower control arms and new outer tie rod ends to properly align your vehicle. Our pricing is 100% within industry standards and actually lower than some of the shops around us. Yes, our technicians do get paid for their time, knowledge and expertise to look over vehicles and properly inspect them and repair them. This is why we charge an inspection fee which again we are very up front with. You are correct in that we do not negotiate pricing, we provide a fair price for quality work that we stand behind with quality parts as well. We only use parts that we trust and that have a good warranty behind their parts for our valued customers. We know you wanted to supply your own parts, which can cause problems as well. The parts can be wrong, faulty and now you have to spend your time dealing with the parts place to get a suitable replacement part. There is a lot of risk a shop takes when they install customer supplied parts. There are not many shops that will even install customer supplied parts because of the risks a shop takes in doing so. You chose to go with a cheaper shop and that is your choice and we hope nothing but the best for you in the future. We are happy to hear you were able to get the necessary repairs done on your vehicle.
Thank you,Thank you John!
