Aggressive Repairman: Made Me Feel Unsafe in My Own Driveway
Single female home alone with my young son. My car in my driveway has a dead battery so I use AAA roadside assistance app to request service. AAA app's est. time of arrival: 1hr. I go inside my house to charge my phone and use the bathroom. I'm washing my hands and hear loud honking coming from my driveway. I go to the top of my stairs and hear my phone ringing. It's the driver from this shop saying he is here. My son and I go outside. The driver is sitting in his vehicle in my driveway looking at his phone. I greet him and ask if he just honked the horn to announce his arrival. He says, "yes" and I say to him, "you don't honk your horn in a customer's driveway-- you call or go up to the door and knock. Honking is extremely rude. You don't do that." Driver disagrees, says he called me several times. I say, excuse me, you called me exactly once and that was after you honked. And he says "Excuse YOU!" I mean, the guy is clearly on the defensive, aggressive and doesn't have a clue how to interact with the general public. I'm standing there alone with my son in my driveway and I gotta tell you: I felt deeply unsettled by this guy's attitude. So I dismissed him. As far as I'm concerned, this guy doesn't belong in any customer-facing situation until he learns the basic rules of respect.

Mans pulled off no tow- after he grinded my wheels making a 8 point turn on my totally flat flat tire to the rim. Horrible
I hate to give 1 star. I needed a tow & my tire had went completely flat by the time I pulled off 95 to get to a gas station for air. I have AAA & this place got dispatched to me. I saw a tow truck pull up to the gas pumps far from where my car was. There was room for 2 tow trucks to fit behind me. He tells me to just give him keys & sit in truck. I couldnt find my fob in my purse for a few seconds & he says something like 'you got the key? I can't stand out here in the rain. #1 it is drizzling, #2, it had been like 10 seconds & I was obviously looking for my key. That's not the worst part- he gets my car in since it was running & didn't need key to drive. He pulls back fast, can't back up my car & pull it forward to probably 50 ft away in less than 8 turns, & they all pretty quick as if my tire wasn't flat to the rim! I just asked if he could've pulled the truck back to my car & he said he wasn't standing out in the rain, do I want my car towed or not? ?!?!?!?!?! I respond "yes, I need a tow, but tough didn't need to make that many turns to get my car on the flatbed," I knew I needed him to just do his job, it's late & I have another 1hr&45 min till I'm home after all this. I was not attitude in my voice, but I think it's fair to expect a AAA tow to be a little careful not to mess my rims up worse! It's one thing to move my car to you so you don't get wet, it's another to pull my car out like a race car as if it wasn't on 0- ZERO PSI. He pulled off over me saying he didn't have to make so many turns. He said he doesn't have to take my attitude. I didn't have an attitude, he was wreckless with my wheels the way he drove it, when he didn't at all if he came to my car in 1st place. I had to call for another tow & wait more now. I am livid. I'm glad someone with that spirit didn't drive off with my car, actually. He should NOT be working for a HELP ROADSIDE TOW SERVICE!! Horrible help & attitude from him. I've had nicer guys come out - WITH A COAT IF IT WERE RAIN OR SNOW- at 3am or some worse weather!

Reviews are Fakes!! Look at the dates!!
Look at the reviews and their dates. The reviews are fakes. Do not go to this shop. Once they get their keys they have you. Ever hear of a mechanics lean? Unless you pay for the “repair” they won’t give you your car back. Total shade ball place. If you break down and have AAA do not let them tow you here!!
