Scott and his team truly care about you and your vehicle. They look over your whole vehicle and finds the issues, points them out, and offers the options for repairs. The team truly cares about vehicle maintenance, but most importantly your safety as a driver. Very professional and courteous.
Joanne said the price she was quoted wasn't what she was charged. She was charged more but Scott is easy to work with.

Unprofessional
They replaced my motor and catalytic converter - within 6 months (because of poor installation, etc) I had to have the catalytic converter replaced again - MEGA cost times 2!!! Had it replaced by another company who suggested I sue Cascade for replacement costs. Didn't go down that road - just a warning I am a senior citizen and am sure they take advantage of those of us!!! My sons are furious - BEWARE

Rude staff
Receptionist was extremely rude to us. Attitude and everything. Didn't even look up the person we were there to see and it turns out they moved to another one for same reasons. Staff was rude as well. Disappointed.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful customer service. I took my car in to have some work done and when they returned it there was a 16in crack in the windshield. They claim that nothing happened to cause the crack on their watch and that it was likely caused because of the heat- and are refusing responsibility. There are visible scratches on the glass from where something fell on it that were definitely not there when the car was dropped off. I am furious and will never take a vehicle there again.
