Little to no communication from their automated system.

Amazing
Megan was amazing to work with. I was updated daily during the repairs and my 2021 gmc Denali looks brand new. I highly recommend this shop.

Inflated Prices
I know they are popular but they have skyrocketed their prices. Used to trust them, but inflated prices and added repairs doubled my original estimate.

Tamara said this was her first visit. The repair took over a week, when she was told two days. The additional time was due to a parts delay. A lack of communication with the facility led to an issue with the insurance company over a rental vehicle. The issue was resolved.

Marisa said she really loves this facility and the work that's been done. She's not complaining but she was given the touch up paint to put it on her self which wasn't a big deal. She also said her vehicle wasn't cleaned. She thinks Taylor is very professional. In fact she's so good she would hire her to work at her business so to lose her would be a bad thing.
