Meh
Would have appreciated a phone call with price of services and to let me know the car was ready. Not thrilled about the bad communication.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. It seems like our communication skills might have taken a quick coffee break, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We definitely want to keep our customers in the loop, so we’ll make sure to work on our phone etiquette. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope to provide a smoother experience in the future. If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, feel free to reach out. It looks like all you wanted was an  oil change and an inspection and we fitted you in and you were not on the schedule  y and the bill was only $134 so not really sure why the bad feed back but we will surely make a note of that and again sorry for the bad visit.
