I took my car in today with a 10:00 appointment for routine service and safety inspection. I was told that the wait would be about an hour and a half. Alejandro told me he would check with one of the techs to see if they could drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait. I never heard back from Alejandro so I ended up waiting. Other than that I was very happy with their service. They were very thorough and gave me a complete report at the end. I would have no problem going back there.

Great service
I took my car the other day and was greeted by friendly staff. I usually don’t do reviews but the service was fast and the place was clean. They fixed what was making the noise in my car. I will be taking it there form now on.

Excellent Service!
This place is the best I've ever been to in my 30 years of owning a car. They are honest, affordable, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and did not try to upcharge. I highly recommend CarER. Integrity means EVERYTHING in this business.

Can't even figure out what's wrong.
I've taken my vehicle there and payed thousands for repairs that didn't even fix my problem. And had to end up going somewhere else

I having been going to Car Er for all my car problems, the staff is friendly and they have always worked me in and have never made me feel like I am an inconvenience like many other car shops have!!! Great crew of people.
Lisa said the business is just wonderful. They are all honest, they never try to charge her any more and the prices are reasonable. The staff takes care of things in a timely manner. The business is really professional, courteous and gets everything done in a timely manner.
