When you show up at a repair shop Friday PM, without an appointment and the office manager says “sure we’ll fit you in!”, while the proprietor helps you decide what car you should get your teenager - you just know that you found YOUR mechanic.

Yaya, the owner, was absolutely amazing—honest, helpful, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. Taylor, the customer service representative, was the greatest—friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And a huge shoutout to Eddie, the mechanic, who worked tirelessly to make sure my vehicle was fixed properly, even when the warranty company made things difficult. I can’t thank them enough. The best Auto Repair in Detroit Metro
I have an older car, so there's no reason to pay insane money at an original dealership. Campus Auto Repair Center has knowledgeable professionals who truly understand cars, not just relying on some stupid computer diagnostics.

Car issues
I went to only get a diagnosis on my vehicle. I had to give them a call in order to find out if my car was done being looked at and once someone answered I was told to come grab my car. I got my paper work and left. While driving only one black my car started to smoke and would not start. I already was having a small issue with accelerating but nothing else. I couldn’t start my car at ALL. I called the shop to only ask what did they do and the guy started to speak over me and tell me what issues my car had, which was fine but I wanted to know what they exactly did because I didn’t have this issue before. He started to speak over me again and said “ it just got worst” I understand that anything could happen but why did it happen AFTER they had my car? I was willing to have them work on my car but the employee and my service wasn’t the best. I’m not mad or upset I just wished my car didn’t have these issues. I ended up going to a Ford Dealership and they mentioned that the reason why I had those issues with my car afterwards is because they didn’t put a coil/spark plug in correctly. The dealership fixed my car and everything works perfectly. This plan wasn’t the best experience with me but it might be yours. I know they’ve been open for years so maybe my experience wasn’t the best.

Decent service. In and out.
I was glad to be serviced immediately. In and out work. Taylor is an outstanding receptionist she is very pleasant and precise with all her work and I appreciate her.

The mechanics aren’t the friendliest but still got the job done. Over all decent service.
