Bad Customer Service
Took the car in due to Service Engine Light being on and the car would not pass smog. A diagnostic was done. As a result of the diagnostic, I was told I needed to replace the Vanos Solenoids in the car and it would pass smog. I had the Vanos Solenoid work done and an Oil Change. They had the car from 03/15/2021 to 03/25/2021. Took the car 3 times after the work was done and after driving it the 300 miles as told by the shop, still the car did not pass smog and the service engine light is still on. I had to get a smog waiver because I paid over $450 in repairs in order to get a smog so the car could be registered. Three weeks later the flap under the car is loose and hanging and oil all over it. Took to a shop nearby to see if they could fix the flap and was told that somehow it was broken and that the car was leaking oil. I purchased 2 quarts of oil and it leaked out. They had the car for two weeks and did not say anything about it leaking. The diagnostic performed did not say it had an oil leak. When I took it in they were to check it for leaks when I took it in. They were to check the car for leaks, which apparently wasn't done. No way should the oil leak out in 3 weeks. That could destroy the motor in the car. Spoke with Marco and his response was "What do you want me to do about it?", instead of trying to get the car back in to check it out. Can't drive it without oil. I was planning on using them for other cars, but after this I will have to find service elsewhere. No customer service!!!
