The shop did a fantastic job with my car. We’re very friendly and communicative about the process. Even got my car back slightly earlier than the estimated date of return! Highly recommend.

Disappointment
Incomplete repair, two trouble lights remained illuminated on dash. They said engine noise was from preexisting problem though noise not present before the accident . My mechanic easily fixed a bolt bent from accident.

Nothing but lies!!
Car was brought it after being hit on drivers side. From the start an employee told me that the rear d/s tire was hit and that they would examine for issues. I was told that it was put on an alignment machine and it was not in need of any repairs. When I picked up the car and drove home, I had no lights and there was a terrible noise coming from the rear wheel. Had to bring to another shop and had the wheel bearing replaced and an alignment performed. One head light bulb was burned out and the other lights were never plugged back in after they took off the bumper. Britland told me that an alignment would have to be performed after I brought it to second shop and I questioned why they told me that it was put on a machine and found to be in alignment according to them. LIES!! also had to have work done over that they had performed. Shoddy work and nothing but lies from the shop supervisor and manager.

I took my car to Britland auto to get an estimate and I had a problem with my credit card and then they didn’t order the parts and then I went and told them to re-order the parts because I got it squared away and this tyrant manager Jose said that and they were refusing me service they weren’t helping me they weren’t doing anything and I think that’s wrong. I wouldn’t go there anymore. I don’t recommend this to anybody there was a policy involved in when I would asked for the policy he would never give it to me and he never he ordered my parts and he listen guys they work for us we don’t work for them they’re supposed to do their supposed to do what we tell them to do they don’t tell us what to do so I definitely would not go back there again
