I don't own the car. I guess my daughter dropped my name at the front desk, and they put it on my account. It's actually my daughter's very first car that she's looking to purchase. I'm thrilled that she followed my example and took to the guys at Brian's, whom I trust explicitly. After spending a couple of hours, doing a bumper-to-bumper inspection, they gave her an itemized list of things that the car needs, but gave it an overall thumbs-up for purchase. After she makes the transaction, she's taking it back to them to fix all the little peccadillos that they found.

Brian’s has cared for and maintained our 2010 supercar Genesis since 2013 …. which safely, smoothly and quietly just coasted past the 206,000 mile mark. It has taken us all across the country (sometimes too swiftly as the speeding tickets show) due to the amazing care it receives regularly at Brian’s friendly and efficient staff. BTW, Avery, the service writer at Brian’s is amazing, as well!
I had a flat tire. I called to see if any services could just come to my home and inflate it enough to get it o er to Brian’s they wanted $200!!! I called Don over at Brian’s and he sent someone to come see that would help. It was not able to take any air so Don arranged for a tow truck, it was $100! He was already saving me money. I told him I knew I needed tires but I haven’t been working so I needed a few days which worked out perfectly and they never made me feel bad about it! Don even found me some quality tires at a fair price. I feel like these guys always go above and beyond to help me! They even came to pick me up ’s and ask for Don!
Brian’s has been my go-to for at least 15 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of service, effective communication, honest pricing, and the way every customer is treated like they are the most important! They’ve enabled us to keep our older “family fleet” of cars on the road and us out of the dealership showrooms! Thanks to Don and crew for all you do- you really are the best!
Very thorough. They always keep us updated on what they find (or don't find) with our vehicle. Excellent service, personable people, easy to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
