Michael said his mechanic was going to install a flex hose. He called when he got the price and it was way too much. He will never take his vehicle to them again.
Tristin said the business has been great and the people are nothing but helpful. He has been a return customer for almost a year because of the interlock device on his vehicle. They were the only ones in the area who could work with it. This staff has also worked on his other vehicles and his family's multiple vehicles, and has been great. He hasn't had any complaints.
Dean said that he is happy with the work that was completed. He was disappointed because there was not a call about the work that is needed in the future. He has been waiting for that because they were supposed to give him follow up with future work, cost and available times.
I brought in a vehicle that needs work. But not all of it is a priority. They made up a list of work to be done, explained each part and the cost associated with it, so I understand and can prioritize. I feel confident and like I can trust them and they will not take advantage of me.
Holly said she blew a tire going 70 mph and she is very grateful for how attentive the staff were to her needs. She said the business provided quick and honest service and the staff were very nice and courteous. She said she was given a good explanation.
