I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Bradley Fuel and Repair. I was quoted 2400 for a Water Pump kit, left paying over 3700 dollars and with new issues. After dropping my car off on Monday I picked it up on Saturday. I took it for a quick 9 min drive then check engine light came on, first time ever. My Car was rubbing when I made a left turned and the engine didn't feel right. They said it was the axel and that chris forgot to change a part. Brought it back 10 mins later for them to fix the issue and they said they would check it out Monday, Mind you they don't close until 6 on Saturday and they didn't even try to fix the issue after I dropped it back off. Come Tuesday, they fixed the axel and the part he forgot to put on. After realizing that it wasn't the axel or the part he forgot to put on, they still charged me for the axel, then proceeds to tell me it's my transmission and told me it had nothing to do with them. Never had any issue with my transmission. Picked my car up 3 days later (total of 12 days at the shop) burning smell and rattling badly. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. The repairs were not done properly, and I had to return multiple times and the issue was never resolved and THEY created more issues. Communication was lacking, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Jason gets irate when you're just trying to figure things out—no communication skills at all. I won’t stop fighting until I get what’s owed to me. They did such a poor job that I have to take my car back to Ford to fix it. They keep telling me to bring it back, but why would I after multiple failed attempts? Now they’re threatening my warranty. I expected much better service for the money I paid. Avoid this place at all cost if you're looking for reliable and efficient repairs. Don't even take your vehicle here for air in your tires trust me. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you. If I could give negative stars I would.

Rarely do you find such honest business practices!!
We were in a position where we could have easily had unnecessary work done and/or been overcharged by over a thousand dollars; however, we thankfully experienced genuine integrity and ethical business practices.
Bradley will continue to be the only place we trust with our cars!

Unpleasant Service
I wanted to share my recent experience with Bradley Fuel & Repair to ensure others are informed. Unfortunately, my repair was misdiagnosed, leading to unnecessary expenses for a part I didn't actually need.Not only was the owner rude, but the store manager also displayed unprofessional behavior. Throughout the process, I felt as though I was treated as the problem rather than a valued customer. Regrettably, my car, which was in their possession for 13 days, left the lot with more issues than initially brought in.In total, I spent close to $4,000 on the repair, only to have to call Triple A to tow my car off the lot.I recommend exercising caution when considering Bradley Fuel & Repair for your automotive needs, based on my regrettable experience.

Went in for oil change and a tire leak and was alerted to dry rot problem with my tires. My tires were the originals from 2014. I told them to go ahead and they took care of replacing all my tires. This was done quickly and I really like the way my car rides with these new tires.
