My car was a 2004 Freestar, slightly used,,ha,ha
Rene, So sorry that you are retiring. Since I did not want to spend any more money on the FORD, i went shopping. Found a 2016 Subaru and drove it home. I thank you for a ll your advise and care you have given me but hate to see you retire, Pray that you are feeling better, Rest,relax aand take it easy.

Convenient oil change
An appointment was quickly available and my car’s oil change and thorough inspection was done by lunchtime. They even sent pictures of the systems which were checked on my car.

Easy to work with but outrageously overpriced
I brought my car in to have a sway bar link replaced. Normally $10 total in parts. I was charged with a markup of 700% and also charged for them to inspect and try to tell me my car needed thousands in work, without even asking them to do. I understand businesses need to make money, but for $10 in parts and an hours worth of work(definitely less) $450 is so unreasonable I cannot fathom what my quote would be to fixed supposed needs. DIY next time

Came with one leak, left with another
We went in for a gas leak which was fixed but we got our car back with a radiator leak that no one verbally told us about even though they were clearly aware of it. They noted it at the end of the paperwork when we came to get the vehicle but did not tell us over the phone although they did tell us much less important things like that our new tires had treads that were 1/32 different from each other. Now our car is spraying coolant all over the engine and we’re disappointed that they let us pick it up like that.

TPMS issue with spring tire swap over
They were able to diagnose issue with TPMS light appearing after swapped tires. Appears 1of the TPMS valves had low battery condition. Replaced the sensor and good to go. An easy one, but quick service to repair and all set to roll again. Thanks.

Great service
I was impressed by the thoroughness on the phone, the email i received, and all the people I met at Bourne's. The service seemed to be very good and MUCH less expensive than having it done at the dealer.

The folks were kind, though unable to help fix my vehicle (which is an import, so I don't totally blame them), then smacked me with a $160 bucks of labor. I love my little van and know it is tough to work on, I have also had mechanics who were excited to work on it and help me trouble shoot. Yal just seemed kind of annoyed and suggested I go back in time to not purchase it - that was somewhat unhelpful.
