Had my car for a week. The day after I was told it would be done at the earliest I called and it hadn’t even looked at it yet. It would have been nice to know that so I could make arrangements since I thought I was getting my car back the day before. The service was good, the customer service not so good.

Excellent !
Blair's did a great job from start to finish. The Service writer, Michelle was friendly and very knowledgeable. The Technician/Mechanic knew exactly what I was describing to him as the problem. They gave me a quick, accurate and reasonable estimate for the repair.
The job was completed in the time frame I was given, and the final price came in just under the estimate. The repair was done correctly and completely. I am very satisfied.
