Honest and upfront
I dropped my car off for some work. They assessed the repair and realized that it was something that they couldn't properly fix, we're honest and straightforward about and charged me $20 for the inspection (extremely reasonable). No added charges or outrageous diagnostic charges.

Battery replacement
Big T Tire has taken care of our vehicles for a long time. This morning my battery decided to die. Big T replaced the battery and reset the computer. Great service, front counter employee is nice and kept me updated. I recommend this place of business.

They always do the right thing.
Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic is hard. I’ve been trusting the folks at Big T Tire for over 10 years with all my auto needs and never once have they failed me or left me wondering if I was treated fairly. Prompt, fair service that they guarantee. It’s hard to find these days.
