We called Big Red to discuss their lack of the services we paid for and the manager said he would get back to us after talking to Benny. We gave them every chance to make good on their dishonest practices by actually performing the jobs that they were paid for but the shop never got back to us and when we called again were again put off by " I can`t authorize, must be Benny".
