I want to give a strong recommendation for Bernie’s Auto and Tire. This place is a top-notch car repair shop—consistently efficient both in terms of cost and turnaround time. Every time I’ve taken my car there, they’ve been quick to identify the root cause of the issue and fix it properly. One thing that really stands out is how fair their pricing is. On one occasion, they replaced a part in my car, and when they discovered it was cheaper than expected, they actually credited me the difference. That kind of honesty and transparency is rare and deeply appreciated.

This is my first experience with Bernie’s and I was truly impressed. They communicated clearly, provided options, and I felt that they had my best interest in mind. Inaccurate brake life
At pickup Bernie, when asked immediately said the brake pad life to be 40% front 60% rear. About a month later another service station said 50% front 80% rear. A relatively small difference but it caused some concern about who to believe
