It's hard to believe that after over 10 years of using Benton's automotive that their service has dropped off so much. I have probably spent upwards of $20,000 (or more) in repairs, referred numerous people and today was the worst of them all. It's been getting progressively worse in the last year.
Today's last straw were tires. They put four new tires on less than 2 years ago. There was a manufacturing issue and about 3 months ago I brought it in and they said there was nothing they can do. Today they put two new tires on and said they would try and get them warrantied.
The issue is that it's 9:00pm before a long day of work tomorrow morning to come to find that I only have 15# in one of the brand new tires. 7-Eleven pump is broken and across the street is closed.
Added to that was the fact that I would have assumed that they should have put the two brand new tires on the front. I'm no mechanic but my understanding is you put the best tires in the front.
So sad.
So disappointed.
