Status of order, Recalls, untrustworthy
I took my 2020 Elantra in for services twice. The first time was at the 23k oil change. I wasn’t informed that I had free oil changes for 3 years/36k mile mark. The first visit, no cost, no problem, just done as it was my 3k mile oil change. Second time, not so much! Had to call and get “permission” for the free oil change. The manager was able to navigate the system only to get me closer to the correct mileage so he had to report 3500 miles more than my car has in order to get the “free” oil change. Why not navigate the mileage down so I could utilize the “free” services? Instead made more miles so unfortunately I only have 2 free remaining before I hit that 36k mile mark. Then he informed me that this didn’t happen the first time because I had to be established in their system (the 3rd party vendor). Well actually my app changed the next day after this manager called it in! Why not work with your customers instead of only having 2 left it could have been 3. When I purchased my vehicle brand new, I was never informed of this free complimentary oil changes so I missed out on the first 2 years! Greedy sales manager! I spoke to the same sales manager when I was told month after month that my part to fix my steering wheel was in, but unable to take the steering wheel off due to not having a specific tool to do so. When I asked if they could call to other locations, I was told that wasn’t their job and when I asked what the name of this tool was… I was to get a call back which NEVER happened. So 6 months later, the only reason it’s fixed is because I called and called and went to the shop for the recall check and I asked about the part. Customer service could be better as far as information that is dished out. Make sure it’s accurate and true and not to just stop that customer for asking for clarification. I also received a tire repair and was told their was a screw on my tire. Weird because it had no problem holding air and the sensor on the dash board is what I asked about! I didn’t give permission to fix anything other than to have my free oil change. I actually expected a call because I asked about additional servicing for my car and mileage. I was told a machanic would call and give me an update to what all was needed. No call. I also asked to have my vehicle done within an hour or to call me so I could make additional arrangements for rides to pick up my car and I would go to work and pick up later that day. No call, and in fact, I didn’t get a call until 3 hours after I dropped it off! So recap… say what you mean. Don’t tell a customer one thing and do something different. Second, communication is key with coworkers and customers. Notes accounts so others can see the details! Definitely don’t repair something without permission. And as a manager, go above and beyond, this will get you so much further in life than being a real know it all, but really don’t…thanks and save a call as I will forever take my services elsewhere and pay for whatever is needed because of the hassle I had to endure here.

Recall on hyundai sonata 2012 hybrid
This hyundai dealership is the worst dealership I have ever experienced in entire life. I had a recall on my 2012 sonata hybrid and they would not do anything about it. The car dashboard was showing hybrid system warning safely stop and do not drive. I took it to hyundai beardmore and they were telling me it’s a transmission failure which I highly doubt and that my car was out of warranty. I bought the car from baxter suburu not even 8 months ago. Customer service was trash and they wouldn’t pick up my phone calls. Woudhouse hyundai is way better than these people. seems like they don’t know what there are doing.
