My new mechanic!
I needed a new repair shop to replace the exhaust manifold on my 2002 Honda Civic Lx, one that wouldn't hold my car for two or three days. I'd heard really good things about Bay's. So I called, Sal the owner answered and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and an appointment a few days later. So I brought my car in and after a little confusion, on my part, about when the work would be completed, Sal came up with a quick workaround and accommodated my expectations anyway. I was on my way in a couple of hours and my car was running great again. I was even charged less than the initial estimate. You can't beat that! I will definitely be back.

Air-conditioning repair
After going two summers without air-conditioning (and 2 winters without defrost) in my older car, yesterday's 80+ degree day in Seattle made me decide to bite the bullet and get the repar done. A friend had recommended Bay's Auto repair so I called to see how long it would be to get an appointment. They said I could bring it in the next morning for them to take a look to determine the problem. I dropped the car off and in under two hours they had diagnosed the the problem and explained the needed repair and estimated cost. After I gave the go ahead to do the repair, they said they'd try to be done by end of day (5:30) but by noon next day at the latest. We'll to my happy surprise, I got a text at 1:40 same day that the car was ready. The customer service was great and the mechanic explained the problem he found in an understandable way and completed the repair efficiently. As with most car repairs it was a chunk of change, but very reasonable priced for the service. I will definitely use Bay's again for any future car repairs.

great service at an affordable cost
The service at Bay’s Auto is great from the reminder for a needed oil change, to scheduling and setting up an appointment, to the welcome at the office by Yusha when I dropped it off. It was done promptly and Yusha at the office called me to let me know that. Also I had the coupon from their mailer so the total cost was very reasonable for an excellent job. I’ll continue to use their services and recommend them to other people. Thank you!

Great experience
They were able to get me in and complete the work on my car the same day. They explained everything and were attentive to my questions and concerns. The lady that works in the office is super friendly and nice. I enjoyed talking to her while they worked on my car.

Electrical problem. There was a mystery draw from my battery that nobody could figure out…. Until I took it to Sal.
I took my car to several mechanics in the area. Nobody could figure out the draw from my battery. They were playing guessing games oh you need a new battery, no the problem is still happening. Oh it’s the starter, no the problem is still happening. It cost me hundreds of dollars and hours and hours and not to mention uber trips. Sal figured it was an after market Amp for my radio that the previous owner put in that was draining my battery, wizard, master at his craft. Thank you Sal thank you Yusha!

They have my full trust
I don't have the best luck with cars, and I don't really understand them either. First time I went to Bay's, I was told by another place that I needed a battery and an alternator. Bay's ran another test for me just to check, and all I needed was a new battery, which saved me so much money! I've gone back two other times with car issues, and they always double check my issues, explain things to me in a way I can understand, and the price is never as bad as I expect it to be.

Charging way too much for a simple battery change

We gave you the option of battery pricing. You declined the service. We don't set battery pricing because we dont have them in stock. As I recall, you had AAA tow your car here because AAA said that it wasnt the battery (they brought one just in case). We only charged you half hour diagnostic (paid cash $94.00) but also notified. We went out of our way and charged your battery fully so you were able to drive it out here without calling another tow(AAA).
