Muy mal servicio en service deparment

Yo llebe mi vehiculo a cambio de aceite alas 7:30am estaba ahi y me dijeron q en 2 horas estaba mi vehiculo lista eran las 11:00 am y nada llame y q les diera 40 min mas paso 1 hora 30 minutos mas y tube q llamar porq ellos no me llamaban y me dijo q mi vehiculo ya estaba listo lo recoji y cuando quise caminarlo tenia 2 luces en el tablero encendidas regrese y les dije q q pasaba me dijo w lo dejara a checarlo otra ves el caso q ese dia asta las 4 me regresaron mi vehiculo y lo tube w regresar despues porq las luces seguian encendidas y eso q antes tambien paso q ya por 2 veses a otro vehiculo le dejaban el tapon mal acomodado y me tocabs regresar y sin aser restar las millas del cambio de sceite no se w paso con hyundai antes no era asi muy mala experiencia yo ya no regresaria

Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership

Do not buy a used car from these people, or maybe any Hyundai dealer. I bought a three year old Elantra two months ago and got the extended warranty. Within a month, there was something loose that made a really loud banging noise on the passenger side, underneath. I don't live in Bakersfield, so I took it to the Hyundai in Sacramento. Took me a month to get an appointment. Not only could they not find the noise (and my independent mechanic tells me the whole engine is loose) and then charge me almost $200 for the diagnostic, but they then proceeded to tell me that I needed most of my fluids drained and replaced, for a price of almost $1000. I literally bought the car two months ago, with a $6000 down payment, and they didn't even change out the oil, much less any other fluid, before giving it to me. The salesperson told me that the car had been serviced by the dealership for all its recommended maintainence and, since the car had more than 97000 miles on it, all of those servies should have been done previously. Don't be tricked by their lovely warranty... It's not worth it.

Horrible

So I already did a review about the experience I had but today I noticed after you fixed my window that my mirrors don’t work anymore sonido what y’all did but now I have to manually move my mirrors which I find annoying seeing they worked when I brought it to to you . Definitely recommend going somewhere else
