The work is good but the communication is poor
They did excellent work on my repair but their communication on the progress was poor. They had problems getting parts so they should have returned my car until the parts arrived. As it was, I was without a car and no rental car coverage for 8 unnecessary days.

First experience
Walking into B-Street with low expectations, but they quickly turned me around. Sean listened to my concerns working with other driver’s insurance Co. He looked over my car, gave me an estimate and even got some tape to hold my fender in place until work could begin. He told me work would take 10 working days and it was done in less. I had regular updates send to me. The rental company has a car waiting for me and I left it at B Street when car was done. Car looks great and inside was completely cleaned. I’m senior women and was completely comfortable with this experience

Excellent
I cannot say enough good things about B Street. The staff was kind and supportive and kept me apprised of progress, they also dealt with the insurance company efficiently and the car looked better than it did when I first bought it. Also, Santa Fe Towing was great. I have already recommended B Street to family and friends.
