I came in just to get my oil changed. When I sat down in their living room lobby, complete with fireplace, I read the sign about all the other services that come with an oil change including vacuuming the car and having it washed. If I new I was going to be treated as a long lost family member, I would have brought gifts. Instead I was sent home with a handful of gifts thanking me for my business.
