Good work, good answer
They provided me the answer I needed to make the decision. Only thought was the oil change cost a bit much. It was about 140 dollars by itself.

Always Helpful and Professional
My family has taken our cars here several times, so when my first car had a vibration in the front this was the obvious place to take it. They were helpful, explained what was wrong, and completed the repairs well.

Fixed Everything and Helped Me Save Money
I had three issues with my vehicle, and one of them required an ordered part. They shared with me how I could order it on Amazon Prime so they wouldn't order it and have to charge me an extra fee. To me, that's showing great customer service. They completed all things quickly and thoroughly and kept me informed on the problems. I highly recommend Automotive Alternative.

Weird rear end noise
I had my car checked out due to a strange noise I heard in the area of the passenger rear tire. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I left knowing I could safely travel out of state. As a woman, this is a great comfort. Thank you.
