Poor Quality Poor Service Complete Liars
This place is a joke Nelson a complete liar your car sits there as do many others he fixes poorly then breaks other things while doing it then lies. The place is filthy un qualified workers no estimate given just fixes what he thinks it is then after that hits you with a bill. WORD OF ADVISE RUN TO A QUALIFIED MECHANIC DON'T USE THIS BUM !

This place is a total mess the mechanics have no idea of what they are doing , your lied to they don't give estimates they do the work without your permission and when they fix a problem they f - - - up other things in your car then lie about it. Nelson lies to your face your car is stuck there for days or weeks they have cars all over the place and streets I'm surprised the neighbors don't file a complaint with the city. I will never use this incompetent garage again and I advise don't go there run run run to a reputable business. But they are quick to work on your car correctly if your a cheap looking hooch !
At Nelson's Auto Specialist, they were able to successfully fix a computer problem on my Jeep. This was done in less than a week and the total cost was reasonable. It was especially amazing because only a few days before, Colonial Jeep in Dartmouth had charged me for work and a diagnostic test that left the car not fixed!

Untrustworthy and Unreliable - Car Owner Beware
I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Nelson’s for several years and after dealing with his lack of professionalism and dishonesty, I finally gave up. The truth is, he is a decent mechanic but a horrible businessman. He’s a pathological liar and cannot be trusted...all at your time and expense. If your looking for an mechanic who cannot commit to completing the job as promised (than takes days to weeks to complete at twice the cost quoted) he’s your man...otherwise expect to be highly disappointed.
Alex said he is really good at what he does, sometimes it takes longer, he really knows his stuff, he's thorough, he does a good job, and he can tell that he cares.
