Been coming here for years
Forgot to give them my Groupon before service. Female owner told me on the phone to just bring it in and they would adjust the total. Got there during lunch, so I waited an hour to speak with the owners, as per Frank's suggestion.(Love Frank!) They worked with me to cut a couple of hundred dollars off of the total. Very honest and accommodating! Little did they know that I am on Food Stamps and can hardly work because I take care of my blind, disabled mother. I need my car to take mom to all of her doctor appointments. BTW: Need to tell you that the front desk dude has no customer service skills whatsoever. "I'll be right with you" is NOT in his vocabulary. Didn't even look up from the computer, then left to go into the garage. Like he hates his job, and could care less about the customers. Yes, he was checking out another customer, but you should always acknowledge whomever is standing at the counter. Customer Service 101. Female owner also snapped at me because I asked her (with a smile) if she surfed, due to her colorful Cocoa Beach shirt with surfboards on it. "NO! It's just a beach shirt!!" Like, I shouldn't even speak to her at all. Just trying to be friendly. If it wasn't for their great mechanical service and honesty, I would not come back here. I didn't feel like a valued customer at all. Disappointing.
