Great experience at Auto Pros!

I called this shop to see if I could come in without an appointment for a non-commercial State Vehicle Inspection, and the friendly lady that answered the phone was professional and quick to help. She told me I didn't need an appointment, but that she would check with the crew in the shop to see if I could bring in my car. After a brief hold, she said, sure, go ahead and come by and they would perform the inspection for me.
I arrived at Auto Pros less than ten minutes later and was warmly greeted by the lady that I had spoken with. A few minutes later, the owner came in to the front office and they both quickly got me registered in their computer as a new customer. The owner, Ron, communicated to me that there were a couple of people in front of me, and it would be about twenty minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room and after some friendly and polite conversation with the lady up front, before I knew it, Ron returned with the vehicle inspection paperwork and informed me that the inspection was all done. They accepted my payment and I was all set to go.
I don't think I was even there for twenty minutes total. I found both of them to be friendly and professional. It was a great, painless experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. They were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease!
