The first day I picked up a car after getting my motor mounts replaced and transmission mount replaced my car was vibrating hard and making a metal to metal noise.
Upon having them replaced again two days ago my car was fine the first 12 hours. Then again it made and even louder metal to metal sound and vibrating hard.
I believe this shop either is using the wrong parts on my make and model or the brand they are ordering is honestly just a terrible parts brand.
The first time the parts failed I understand it’s not the shops fault. But now a second time I am bringing it back in is discouraging.
