Worst service I’ve every had
I’ve spent 2400 at this shop in the last three years and was told today that if we only had our oil change, that they would be ending our service with them.The work I did have done was sub standard, and they had to redo their work multiple times. I understand that oil changes are their loss leaders but if they going to see them, they should not use them against you.. If you are looking for a shop keep looking.

Irresponsible & Overpriced
This place is HORRIBLE. Do NOT bring your vehicle here.
My experience started off by calling and speaking to a tech named, Justin, to ask for an estimate for a diagnosis for what I knew to be an electrical issue on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and he informed me that there was no estimate because the diagnoses would be complimentary. (They later charged me $240 for this diagnosis--aka them plugging in a code reader-- and told me that their inspection is complimentary and not the diagnosis. Maybe their techs should learn that before they tell customers to come in for a free diagnosis!!) Fast forward to Thursday, the day of my appointment, I get a call and they tell me that the battery needed to be replaced and then proceeded to quote me at nearly $500 total (complete rip off!) for a battery/terminal cable replacement before moving on to any other diagnostic work. I told them to hold off because I could replace my battery myself for a fraction of their quote & when I arrived the following Monday evening to replace my battery myself, I came to find that my car was left UNLOCKED (this was after hours so no techs were there) and had various items stolen from it, including a very expensive pair of eyeglasses. After this, they called the next day to tell me that the issue was my crankshaft position sensor, (which I told them I previously replaced) and they proceeded to lie to me about it's location and then tell me it would take them 3.5 hours of labor, which alone, would cost $720 (also a complete rip off!). I ended up refusing their service, after having to pay $240 for them to give me the code and still having a broken down car. The part was faulty and was given to me for free replacement from a separate parts shop, and was able to be replaced within 45 minutes in my garage by removing a total of four bolts.
I contacted them after retrieving my vehicle about them leaving my car unlocked and being ransacked to see if they had any surveillance cameras and they tried to say it was "tricky" because I went there to replace the battery even though the car was unlocked when I had arrived before then and I made sure to lock it because I was livid to find that they could be so careless. I spoke with multiple people and they have made no effort to get back to me or right their wrong in the case.
DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICE TO THIS SHOP. They are dishonest scammers.

Seriously DO NOT take your vehicle….
**Do not trust this company** I have never been so deceived when it comes to even basic maintenance and/or repairs. They will find every reason to NOT take responsibility for their mistakes and outrageous prices.
I took my Audi to them twice trusting that I was in good hands. WRONG.
I had a bad feeling each time I visited the Tutt location but was reassured the mechanics were “certified master technicians” most importantly by the manager, Rich. He was unresponsive to my requests for reimbursement as they charged me more than $1600 to replace both front wheel bearings. They advised they couldn’t tell which one was bad and insisted I replace both since they had to take everything apart to get to the wheel bearing itself. Not even 10 months later the passenger side front wheel bearing began to fail so I took it back to Aspen Auto Care and they gave me a quote for upwards of $3000 to replace the wheel bearing again stating the axles going bad were making the wheel bearing fail.
Upon revisiting the store, They advised they only changed one wheel bearing and I had to show them the invoice I paid back in November of 2021 proving they replaced both.
I was told several times that they would use a parts warranty to replace the wheel bearing but they “really don’t feel like replacing it” if the axles are going bad. They sent me on my way in an UNSAFE vehicle REFUSING to replace it using a part warranty that would have been no cost for them aside from labor (a small cost to ensure the safety of a customer) advising the wheel could potentially lock at any time and be extremely unsafe.

I asked them to only replace the wheel bearing using the parts warranty and I would let Audi handle the axles, they refused and the manager advised he will not replace the faulty wheel bearing without replacing the axles and everything in between at an outrageous price using generic parts. I felt truly backed into a corner!
My car has only seen the Audi dealership service department fully inspected each visit. Specifically addressed was the entire tire/wheel system and everything was perfect a month prior to this incident. I felt ganged up on and extremely manipulated as I waited for two hours for them to figure out the wheel bearing was again the issue. Feeling very uncomfortable and gathering as much information as possible they convinced me the axles needed to be replaced or they WOULD NOT replace the failing wheel bearing. I stated I needed a second opinion and the manager advised that if Audi or anyone else touched the vehicle that they would NOT help me any further.

To say the feeling I had in my gut was sickening is putting it lightly. I took the car to Audi anyway and paid the extra $800 for them to fully inspect the entire front end providing video, pictures and make the repair (they gave me the faulty wheel bearing as well)! All in all I spent $1200 to again only replace the wheel bearing that Aspen Auto Care supposedly replaced.

I took the information, complaint and requested Aspen Auto Care reimburse me for the lesser charge that an Audi dealership charged me to do the same work that should have been done correctly the first time.
Rich was very rude and he fought me to the very ends in order to avoid reimbursement.
I requested specific information on the part Aspen Auto Care installed and they refused to provide it to me.

This incident made me feel extremely uncomfortable knowing this organization claims to be focused on our greater community and taking care of its residents but I cannot imagine how many people have gone through this after paying thousands of their hard earned dollars to this unethical company and their absolute disregard in handling their customers needs with actual integrity.

** Update** Audi keeping a close eye the wheel bearings they replaced are fully intact and operational as they should be.

Take your vehicle to the specialists it’s much cheaper and a lot more comforting. Needless to say also extremely accommodating with loaner cars, integrity (well for the most part) and accountability.

These people are a complete rip off and it’s very sad, especially in an industry where our complete trust and the safety of our families and friends is not taken seriously on the account of making a few extra bucks.
After this experience and speaking with other victims of this business it appears this company already has an extremely bad reputation and is known for this type of behavior.

Do Not Take Your Mini Cooper to Aspen Clinic
I took my Mini Cooper in for routine service and Aspen 'experts' gave it back to me in terrible condition. In fact, I can no longer drive it and have to get a new car. Aspen actually had the gall to give me a repair estimate of $1300 to fix what they broke.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR MINI COOPER TO ASPEN AUTO CLINICS.

Great customer service!
I really appreciated that they reached out to me after my service appointment to make sure everything went well. I said I didn't know which repair from the quote was most important. The next day a mechanic called me and answered all my questions. I usually like to work on my own cars, but will probably go here if I need help of a repair.

Oil Change & Fixes
I went in to an oil change, knowing there were some tune-ups needed. The team was great, explained the needs (most urgent to less) with pictures. They spoke to me over the phone with additional details, sharing discounts/promotions. I also have the reward points as a regular customer.
I appreciate the care & extra details in ensuring our vehicle is safe.
