Horrible Experience, Terrible Communication, and Unprofessional Management – Avoid This Shop at All Costs!
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the nightmare I endured at Ascue’s Auto Body & Paint Shop. If you're looking for a place to trust with your car repairs, DO NOT come here.

I brought my car in to have the front right side fixed, and what was supposed to be a routine repair turned into a 3/4-month-long ordeal. From the start, the communication was abysmal. I was never updated as promised. I had to call the shop repeatedly to get any information, and even then, they would just give me vague answers or tell me I needed to wait longer. They seemed extremely annoyed whenever I called for an update which was ridiculous. Keisha, the manager, was unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. Every time I called, she acted annoyed and would ALWAYS fail to follow through on promises to call me back.

To make matters worse, they gave me false deadlines—telling me my car would be ready on certain dates, only to find out weeks later that it still wasn’t done. This went on and on until I finally got my car back… two months after I dropped it off.

But that’s not even the worst part.

The very next day, my car broke down in a parking lot. The car was stuck in park, and the engine wouldn’t turn off—it was a new issue that hadn’t existed before the repairs. I was stranded for four hours, and had to get it towed back to their shop. Eventually they ended up towing my car to a Jeep dealership to deal with the new issue. However, after another 2 weeks, I called for an update and realized they didn't even know which dealership my car was actually at. I had to call multiple dealerships MYSELF just to find out where my car was.

The lack of communication continued. Another month went by with absolutely no updates. They never called with an estimate for me to approve, it was radio silent. Therefore, I assumed the shop was going to deal with payment since their repairs caused the issue. They never provided an estimate or consulted me about the work being done. Finally, when my car was done I went to pick it up and to my surprise they forced me to pay an additional $2,000 for repairs I had no idea about. When I asked for any kind of documentation or approval, they couldn’t show me a record of any conversation where I’d authorized these repairs. Keisha was beyond rude, and after an hour of arguing, my only choice was to either pay or take legal action.

This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I was treated with utter disrespect and forced to pay for work I didn’t approve. I don’t know how this business is still operating, but my advice to anyone reading this is simple: stay far away from Ascue’s Auto Body & Paint Shop.

Keisha is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate manager I’ve ever encountered in any business. Don’t make the mistake I did. There are plenty of other auto shops that will treat you with respect and do the work right the first time.

Avoid this place at all costs.
