10/10 body work and customer service
They got me in immediately, and dealt with the insurance quickly. When they ordered parts, the bumper came in damaged twice, but they communicated with me and made sure the third one wasn’t. Then when they got the hood as the last step, they noticed the front end looked out of spec, so they communicated that to me fixed it. It took a while, but their dedication to excellence was worth it. They even vacuumed the inside and washed the car before giving it back.

The best in town!
The shop is clean, professionally run and they quickly gave me an estimate that they stuck to throughout the process. There is about a two month wait as they are in such big demand. I will only go to Arrowhead Auto Body in Duluth, MN! The repair looked like it never happened. Vehicle came back cleaned inside and out.

Great repair work. Chris was excellent to work with!
They did an exceptional job on repairs. There was a couple of month delay to get the work done- because they are in such high demand.

Highly recommended for Subaru collision repairs
We are completely satisfied with the repair work done on our one year old Subaru Outback after a deer collision with significant damage to the front end of the vehicle. An unexpected event such as this can be very stressful, but the staff were professional, efficient and kind. The repair staff do top notch work with complicated work..
We highly recommend Arrowhead for Subaru repairs!
